Teachers are builders and everyone attests to this statement of fact. The kind of building each teacher builds is however dependent on so many factors; ranging from kind of students, environment, attributes of students, etc. Every student is a building material in the hand of their teacher. So, teachers have the capacity to either make a child or mar such child.

- Teachers are not super humans contrary to popular opinions
- Every teacher was once a student and have human feelings to relate with their students
- Teachers are knowledgeable to the extent they explore and are not islands of knowledge
- Every teacher also needs a bit of motivation from both students, parents and school management

- Every teacher deserves to be celebrated.
