3 Repentant Militants of the Niger Delta Region Graduates From Russian University: Present Certificates to Region’s Special Adviser to the President

The Special Adviser to President Buhari on Niger Delta and Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Brig-Gen. Paul Boroh (Rtd) on July 25th hosted three delegates of the Presidential Amnesty Programme namely

  • Otokolo Robert;
  • Tariladei Borogha and
  • Prince Aladin

The trio graduated from South West State University Kursk, Russia. During the ceremony, the delegates officially presented their certificates to Gen. Boroh.

Recalled in 2009, late president Yaradua granted the militants under their group; Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND) to allow peace return to the region and by extension, the whole country.
