APPLY: 2024 Majekodunmi Bursary Award

The Majekodunmi Bursary Award offers eligible students a financial boost, providing a minimum of N100,000 to cover tuition fees and related expenses in Nigerian universities, polytechnics, and colleges.

This initiative aims to support qualified individuals in pursuing their education and overcoming financial barriers on their academic journey.

Benefits
The allocated funds aim to partially cover tuition fees and other essential study-related expenses, including textbooks and living allowances. The minimum amount granted is #100,000.00.

Requirements
To be eligible for the undergraduate and postgraduate Majekodunmi Bursary Award, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:

students enrolled at accredited Nigerian universities and polytechnics with roots in Egba Oke-Ona, Abeokuta communities of Ago-Oko, Iberekodo, Idomopa, Ikereku, Ikija, Ilawo, Ijaye Kukudi, Ilugun and Imala

must be ready to provide a recommendation letter from a notable person in these communities (mosque or church)

must demonstrate financial need

While applying for the 2024 Majekodunmi Bursary Award, you will be required to submit the following documents;

A statement of financial need

proof of indigene of the communities listed above

recommendation letter from mosque or church in the community

Application procedure and deadline

Prospective students meeting the criteria should submit a concise summary outlining their financial requirements, career aspirations, and providing verifiable evidence of their roots in Ago-Oko, Iberekodo, Idomopa, Ikereku, Ikija, Ilawo, Ijaye Kukudi, Ilugun, and Imala.
