The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program in the USA for 2025. This prestigious and fully funded fellowship offers a unique opportunity for international professionals who are driven to make a global impact. Over 150 Humphrey Fellowships are awarded annually to individuals from around the world.

The program aims to enhance leadership skills among international professionals, allowing them to collaborate and address both local and global challenges. By fostering change for the collective good, the Humphrey Fellowship Program supports the development of expertise in critical fields, promotes human rights and freedoms, ensures sustainable environments, and contributes to thriving communities. The fellowship spans a total of 10 months.

This exchange builds institutional and societal capacities, equipping fellows to tackle pressing issues effectively.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for the Humphrey Fellowship, candidates must hold an undergraduate degree with a first division Bachelor’s in a relevant field, have a minimum of five years of professional experience, and possess proficient English language skills for both writing and speaking. Additionally, applicants should have recent active involvement in community service.

Application process:
Interested individuals who wish to broaden their perspectives and develop into global leaders are encouraged to apply. Embassies and Commissions must submit their nominations to the Institute of International Education (IIE) office.
Application deadlines: October 1.
