APPLY: Inventory Clerk at Oja Africa Global Enterprises

Applications are open for the position of Inventory Clerk at Oja Africa Global.

As the inventory clerk you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels on the OjaNow backend.

This role requires strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The role requires meticulous record-keeping skills, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to spot discrepancies in inventory levels. Without a keen eye for detail, even small inaccuracies in inventory data can have a significant impact on decision-making within an organization.

Responsibilities

Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records daily

Adding & Removing inventory from categories

Adding & Updating products and images to OjaNow Backend

Reporting discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, such as too little inventory at last count

Requirements and skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Basic math skills and the ability to perform
