Mass Communication students and campus journalists in Imo State can apply for this Introduction to Journalism training. The Campus Reporter Project of the Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development (CJID) is seeking applications for the upcoming Imo state campus journalism clinic.
Mass Communication students and campus journalists at Imo State University and the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, are eligible to apply.
The journalism training will hold at Imo State University from August 1 to 4.
Applicants are to submit a 100-word essay on “The Importance of the Press In Democracy”, and must attend the four-day training if selected.
Participants will receive certificates, moderate stipends, post-training mentorship, and access to publish stories on the Campus Reporter.
