Aptech, an IT and education training institute, has announced that it would be providing N621m worth of scholarships to Nigerian students in partnership with Middlesex University, London.
According to a release on Monday, the scholarships, covering 50 per cent of tuition fees for 76 students, aim to facilitate affordable international education opportunities.
“This year’s scholarship initiative represents a significant increase from last year’s offering of N362.7m,” Aptech noted.
Meanwhile, the IT institute held the 16th edition of Aptech’s Career Quest, which took place from August 6 to 15, in collaboration with Middlesex University London & Dubai.
The event, Nigeria’s major career fair, featured in-person seminars across major cities, including Abeokuta, Lagos, Abuja, and Calabar.
Commenting on the successful conclusion of Aptech Career Quest, Nigeria, the Executive Vice President, Aptech Limited, Kallol Mukherjee, said, “The 16th edition of Aptech Career Quest was designed to provide a comprehensive platform for empowering students in Nigeria with essential knowledge and opportunities.
