First Class Diary with Azeez Nurudeen Tosin – First Class in Mathematics & Statistics, UNILAG

With quality and standard education we can build a better country

In this first episode of Edugist First Class Diary, we sat with Azeez Nurudeen Tosin, a first class graduate of Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Nigeria.

Azeez has a unique story, as a Mathematics student, he was the only student that took Physics as an elective course, an elective perceived by other students to be very tasking and dreaded as well, yet it was his choice and he aced through it.

Interestingly, he started with a CGPA of 3.0, once had an “F” grade yet with hard work and discipline he was able to make up and graduated with first class.

Whilst good job offers have presented itself, Azeez elected to teach in a British school because he wants to impact life.
