Global Pluralism announces award 2025, worth $150,000 CAD

The Global Centre for Pluralism has announced the opening of applications for the Global Pluralism Award 2025, recognizing individuals, organizations, governments, and businesses worldwide for their remarkable contributions towards fostering inclusive societies where diversity is cherished and safeguarded.

This is organised by His Highness the Aga Khan and the Government of Canada, the Global Centre for Pluralism serves as an independent charitable institution dedicated to advancing the transformative potential of pluralism by collaborating with policymakers, educators, and community leaders worldwide.

Application:
Submissions are accepted directly from candidates or through nomination by a third-party. Consideration by the Jury will not depend on the type of submission. The Centre regrets that submissions are only accepted in English and French at this time.

Reward:
The Award entails a total prize pool of $150,000 CAD, with three recipients each receiving an equal share of $50,000 CAD. Furthermore, in late 2025, the winners, alongside up to seven honorable mention recipients or their representatives

Requirements:
Applications for the Award may be submitted directly by candidates or through third-party nominations. Submission type will not influence consideration by the Jury. However, the Centre currently accepts submissions exclusively in English and French.
