The Ministry of Education, through the Lagos State Examinations Board on Tuesday, has announced a new date for the 2024 screening for the state Model Colleges and Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools.
The screening will take place at the five designated CBT centres across the six education districts of the state from Tuesday, May 28 to Friday, May 31, 2024.
This was disclosed in a statement by the Director/ Registrar Lagos State Examinations Board, Adebayo Orunsolu on Tuesday.
The statement read, “All duly registered applicants are required to revisit the Exam Board’s portal using their username and password to print out a clear copy of their sitting arrangements for the examination with effect from Saturday, May 18, 2024.
“Applicants are to come to the examination venue with the printed copy of their examination slip.”
The examination board, however, advised candidates “that electronic gadgets such as phone, iPad, phone watch and others will not be allowed in the examination hall.”
It also stated that eligible pupils who are interested in participating in the entrance examination, but are yet to register “have been given one week grace to do so as the registration portal will be closed on Friday, May 17, 2024.”
The Board called for the cooperation of parents/guardians and all other stakeholders to successfully conduct the examination
