The Mushin Local Government Education Authority (LGEA), on Monday, July 28, 2025, hosted a vibrant leadership summit and valedictory ceremony to celebrate its graduating Primary Six pupils.
The event, themed “Young Leaders Building Tomorrow,” was organised under the leadership of the Education Secretary, Hon. Princess Olufemi Akinlude, and aimed at inspiring young learners as they transition into secondary school.
Mustapha Yakub, who represented the Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Lagos State Chapter, Engr. Ibrahim Olalekan Adigun, delivered an uplifting message on the importance of education, determination, and leadership.
He encouraged the pupils to pursue their dreams with focus and integrity, sharing strategies to help them excel academically and become future leaders in their communities.
Engr. Adigun, a strong advocate for youth empowerment and educational development, commended Hon. Akinlude for her tireless efforts in creating a nurturing educational environment in Mushin.
“She is laying the groundwork for Mushin’s pupils, empowering them to spread their wings and soar to new heights in their future endeavors,” Adigun stated.
