The Nigerian University of Technology and Management (NUTM) has officially opened enrollment for its full-time undergraduate degree programs, commencing from February 2024.

Approved by the National Universities Commission, NUTM is set to pioneer STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), management, and entrepreneurship education in the region.

The inaugural bachelor’s degree offerings from NUTM include programs in Computer Science, Cyber Security, and Information Technology. Emphasizing a forward-thinking curriculum, the courses integrate computing, entrepreneurship capstones, professional skills development, and real-world industry experience.

Distinguished by an Ivy League-caliber faculty, NUTM is committed to advancing technology education in Nigeria. The institution has strategically forged partnerships with prestigious global institutions such as Oxford University, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Dr. Nubi Achebo, the Academic Director at NUTM, expressed enthusiasm about opening Nigeria’s premier tech and management training to undergraduate learners, foreseeing the transformative impact on African innovation and industry. Graduates of NUTM’s past programs, notably the NUTM Scholars Program, are already making waves in startups and leading companies.
