The Ogun State Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has announced that the screening examination for admission into its 45 flagship schools will hold on Saturday, 30th August 2025, for the 2025/2026 academic session.

In a statement issued by the Honourable Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Prof. Abayomi A. Arigbabu, principals of the flagship schools were directed to ensure adequate preparation and smooth conduct of the exercise. He added that the Ministry had put in place all necessary arrangements to guarantee a hitch-free examination.

Prof. Arigbabu further noted that only candidates who duly completed their online registration would be allowed to sit for the examination. He advised candidates to arrive at the venue by 8:00 a.m. with their writing materials and take their seats promptly.

While wishing all participants success, the Commissioner urged candidates to maintain orderly conduct throughout the exercise.

The flagship schools in Ogun State are regarded as centres of academic excellence and are highly sought after by parents and guardians for quality education.
