Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, on Wednesday inaugurated the WOWbii Buddy Smart School project at Government College, Ado-Ekiti.

Describing the initiative as a reflection of his administration’s belief in the transformative power of education and innovation, Oyebanji said the project would help prepare students for global competitiveness.

He said this in a post he shared via his X handle on Wednesday, June 4.

According to Oyebanji, the WOWbii Smart School project is part of the state’s broader effort to build a “smart state” anchored on innovation, digital excellence, and expanded opportunities for youth.

The post reads: “It was a delight to commission the WOWbii Buddy Smart School project at Government College, Ado-Ekiti.

“This initiative speaks to our administration’s firm belief in the power of education and technology to shape the future. Our investments in human capital development also aim to create smart environments where smart kids can thrive and compete globally.

“We remain committed to building a smart state powered by innovation, excellence, and opportunity.”
