He emphasized the depth and practical relevance of the curriculum: “The EPLP isn’t just a course; it’s a masterclass in modern leadership—a deep dive into the complexities of governing in today’s world, equipping senior leaders with the tools to navigate public sector challenges with clarity, courage and impact.”

The programme, he noted, addressed key themes such as adaptive leadership, crisis management, ethical decision-making, and policy design.

Hon. Benson also praised the diverse group of participants from across 17 countries, describing the learning environment as inspiring and enriching.

“The diversity of global leaders in the room—brilliant minds from across diverse sectors in seventeen countries, all committed to building better governments and stronger societies—made it even more unique.”

He described the experience as a “true eye-opener” that has broadened his leadership outlook and renewed his commitment to effective governance.

“It has sharpened my perspective and further empowered me to continue leading with intention, integrity and innovation.”

Concluding his remarks, Hon. Benson expressed a firm resolve to apply the lessons learned for the benefit of his constituents and the nation at large.
