Schools Reopening: Oyo State Commends Parents’ Preparedness for Resumption

Oyo State Government has commended parents of students who resumed school this morning for the revision classes for their external examination.

Teachers in Oyo State public schools were glad to welcome students in terminal classes back to school.

While disclosing this in Ibadan, a secondary school teacher stated that adequate measures of precautions “were put in place this morning as Oyo State Government reopened schools.”

Edugist gathered that school management, teachers and students strictly adhered to the COVID-19 protocols.

The teacher commended the parents for their level of preparedness for the school resumption.

“These parents deserve commendation because they adequately prepared their children and wards for school today,” he said.

“All the students were provided facemasks to prevent from contacting the Covid-19. They were also tested before gaining entry into the school premises,” the teacher added.
