Senate Extends 2019/2020 Harmattan Semester

The management of Obafemi Awolowo University has extended the harmattan semester by two weeks.

In a senate meeting that lasted up to 4 hours on Friday 16th of April 2021, the harmattan semester examination scheduled to commence April 26, 2021 was shifted by two weeks. The meeting had in attendance, the Vice Chancellor, Prof Ogunbodede, The University PRO, Abiodun Olarenwaju, and some department HODs.

However, lectures will continue till the 30th of April 2021 and examinations will now start May 10, 2021.

The extension of the calendar was necessary to allow students complete their lectures and practical.
