TRCN inducts 409 Uniabuja education graduates, issues teaching certificate

The Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) has inducted a total of 409 graduates from the Faculty of Education, University of Abuja. The graduates who passed the Professional Qualifying Examination (PQE) were issued certificates to practice teaching in Nigeria and around the world.

The induction ceremony, which took place yesterday, was a significant milestone for the newly qualified teachers who are now eligible to begin their teaching careers. The ceremony was attended by university officials, faculty members, parents, and friends of the inductees.

In his address, the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Abuja, Professor Abdul-Rasheed Na’Allah, congratulated the graduates for their hard work and dedication, and expressed confidence that they will excel in their chosen profession. He also commended the TRCN for its efforts in ensuring that only qualified individuals are allowed to teach in Nigeria.

The Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of TRCN, Professor Segun Ajiboye, in his keynote address, urged the new teachers to be committed to the teaching profession and maintain high ethical standards. He emphasized that the TRCN is committed to ensuring that the teaching profession in Nigeria is held in high esteem and that only qualified individuals are allowed to practice.
