UNILAG Confucius Institute Set to Celebrate Chinese Culture Month

University of Lagos is set to celebrate the annual Chinese Culture Month. The event will take place between Monday,  3rd May and Friday, 28th May, 2021 at the Confucius Institute, University of Lagos.

Participants will experience first hand Chinese arts and crafts. Also, the event will give participants the opportunity to learn colorful elements of the Chinese culture. Likewise, to enjoy Chinese calligraphies and poems.

Additionally, there will be special provision for participants to learn Chinese culinary skills.

Activities are expected to hold daily from 10am to 4pm with strict compliance to COVID-19 protocols.


Abdulafeez Olaitan is the Campus Ambassador for Unilag. He is a writer who served as a delegate of Austria in ECOSOC committee at the 2020 IBMUN conference. Olaitan enjoys collecting quotations and astrophotos.
