After payment for school fees and purchase of scratch card for the ballot for bedspace as a returning student. Which of the platform do we visit to ballot on the 6th of March, 2014.

i have been tryihng to locate the login portal for fresher stud so i can apply for the hostel allocation but all effort has been abortive, pls kindly send me the link to the login.
