The management of Vision University, Ikogbo, Ogun State, has announced a new resumption date for all newly admitted students, shifting the commencement of academic activities to Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
In an official notice signed by I.E. Osuagwu, on behalf of the Registrar, the University stated that the decision was made to allow the institution complete necessary arrangements for a smoother and more organized take-off of academic operations.
The notice, addressed to parents and guardians, explained that the adjustment followed a careful review of the University’s logistics and infrastructural readiness. It noted that the change was crucial to ensure that all new students begin their academic journey in a safe, comfortable, and well-prepared environment.
According to the statement, the postponement will enable the University to finalize essential preparations, including the completion of accommodation facilities, campus maintenance, and the provision of other vital services required for a conducive teaching and learning atmosphere.
“This adjustment became necessary to enable the University complete ongoing arrangements aimed at ensuring that students who will be residing and studying within the University premises are provided with a comfortable, safe, and conducive learning environment,” the statement read in part.
The management expressed regret over any inconvenience the change might cause parents, guardians, and prospective students, emphasizing that the move was made in the best interest of all stakeholders.
