Zendesk Foundation launches Tech for Good Impact Award 2024

The Zendesk Foundation has announced the opening of applications for its Tech for Good Impact Award 2024, offering grants of up to $50,000 to nonprofit organizations.

The Tech for Good Impact Award seeks to provide resources to nonprofit organizations working in line with the Zendesk Foundation’s key impact areas. The award will also include free software and technical support to enhance the work of these organizations.

Awards

Grants ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 will be awarded to selected nonprofit organizations, depending on the size and scope of their projects. In addition to financial support, Zendesk will offer product donations to help nonprofits streamline their operations and enhance their impact on the communities they serve.

Eligibility:

Applicants must be registered nonprofit organizations seeking to use Zendesk software to directly serve beneficiary communities. They should also demonstrate a capacity to adopt and integrate new technology, as many organizations will need to self-install and configure the software. This typically requires a dedicated IT staff member or a team with technical skills.
