Education is the cornerstone of development in every nation and on the front line of this development drive are the teachers. Across the diverse players in the development chain, no profession is saddled with the task of changing, shaping minds, fostering critical thinking, and preparing the next generation to tackle the challenges of the 21st century, like teachers.
However, as Nigeria strives to improve educational outcomes, it’s clear that empowering and equipping teachers with the right skills and resources is essential.
