The President of the Madonna University Alumni Association, Peter Nwachukwu, has said the future of the country depended on those who dare to dream.
He noted this in an address at Madonna University’s convocation ceremony, which was held in Rivers State recently.
He said, “Nigeria’s future depends on those who dare to dream and act. You are the generation that will redefine our nation. Embrace this responsibility with courage and purpose.”
He further called on graduates to leverage their education to drive positive change in Nigeria and beyond.
He urged, “Today marks the beginning of a new chapter. You have earned your place among the finest minds, and now, you are stepping into a world full of challenges and opportunities. Congratulations on this remarkable achievement.
“We have created a network that empowers alumni and supports students, bridging the gap between generations and fostering a culture of excellence.”
Addressing the graduates, the Alumni President harped on their responsibility as leaders in shaping Nigeria’s future.
He added, “Nigeria needs your integrity, resilience, and service. The challenges are real, but so are the opportunities. Be bold, be innovative, and remain committed to making an impact.
“No matter where life takes you, remember that you have a community that believes in your potential and stands ready to support you.”
