Oluwatimilehin Amos Akinade is an educational researcher who obtained an MRes in Educational Leadership at one of the universities in the UK. His research is on leadership, teacher development, education policy and inclusive education in Africa. He is a fellow of the Young Innovation Leaders (YIL) Fellowship, as well as a member of the British Educational Research Association (BERA) and the Comparative & International Education Society (CIES). His passions include reforming African education systems through research, alongside his participation in multiple academic conferences, such as ICEL & FED 2025.
