Christopher Akor
Christopher Akor holds a first class degree in political science from the University of Ibadan and a Masters in African Studies from Oxford University. He has worked in various research, knowledge and media roles in the past 10 years.
The last of such roles was as Opinion Editor/Ag Chairman, Editorial Board of BusinessDay Nigeria. He is also a political analyst and a weekly columnist in BusinessDay where he discusses Nigerian and African political, social and economic situations. He is now studying for a PhD at the university of Alabama.
His research interests range from African political economy, civil society, social movements and social formations, to the role of businesses in shaping the future of Africa.
