In Venture Cup Denmark where he’s the CEO, he strive to create a value driven organization that closely integrates the needs of entrepreneurs, the wants of the ecosystem’s many stakeholders and the competencies of the amazing team. A focus that has resulted in a thoroughly updated strategy, project portfolio, governance model and internal organization since he took over as CEO. Along with the Danish universities and many public and private partners, his team strive to build a world class entrepreneurial ecosystem, that turns knowledge into impact.

His academic and practical expertise lies in non-profit management, project development, international and cross cultural communication and negotiation, sales, entrepreneurship and innovation projects, Chinese relations, tripple helix and change management. In all his work he strive to create synergy, value and impact.
