At 8th convocationof Al-Hikma University, students and guests were left with things to remember. The graduating students were excited as the university awarded a humongous sum of 3,174,500. The best graduating students emerged from four faculties: Humanities and Social Science, Management Sciences, Natural and Applied Sciences, and Education.

An interesting part of the ceremony was the award of 50,000 each to two graduating students for their good character throughout their days in the university. The university authorities were commended for the kind gesture to the students. A guest at the ceremony remarked that students needed to be encouraged in order to strive for excellence.  He further stated that other students in the school will be motivated to work hard for excellent academic and moral performance.

The highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of a book titled: “Unschooled Schooling Leaders; Lessons on Creativity, Creative, Courage, and Creative Capitalism, in honour of the founder, Dr Abdul-Raheem Oladimeji. The book chronicles the life of the founder of the school, a man without formal education, but who was fortunate, not only to become a successful entrepreneur but also a founder of a tertiary institution.
