In a triumphant display of academic prowess, Federal Polytechnic Ilaro in Ogun State has secured the third position in the highly competitive 2023 edition of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) Accountancy Challenge Nigeria.
This achievement is credited to the outstanding performance of two higher national diploma accountancy students, Oluwasegun Diyan and Nafisat Abdulganiyu, who jointly clinched the third place.
This impressive feat solidifies the institution’s position as a center of excellence for accountancy education.
The institution stood as the sole polytechnic among the top nine institutions that successfully qualified for the final round of the competition.
The final round, slated to be held physically in Abuja, is eagerly anticipated, and the specific date will be announced by ICAN in due course.
