The Osun State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) has swiftly dismissed circulating rumours regarding examination cut-off marks for recruitment candidates.
The commission Executive Secretary, Funke Fabusuyi, issued an official statement clarifying that no such official cut-off marks have been released for the recent Teachers Recruitment Examination in the state.
According to Fabusuyi, the only information disseminated by TESCOM was the official results of the examination. She emphasised that the purported cut-off marks making rounds on social media and other platforms are entirely false.
“We urge the public to disregard any unofficial information regarding cut-off marks,” she affirmed.
Fabusuyi further assured that the Osun State government will announce the official cut-off marks after due consultations with relevant stakeholders.
“The xommission remains committed to transparency and fairness in the recruitment process and urges all concerned parties to await the authentic guidelines from the government,” she said.
