The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has reappointed Folashade Adefisayo as the commissioner for basic education.
This was disclosed in a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Gboyega Akoshile, on Friday July 28, 2023.
According to the statement, Adefisayo was among the list of of 39 commissioner nominees forwarded to the State House of Assembly for confirmation.
The governor also reappointed some members of the state executive committee that worked with him during his first term in office.
Those also retained include the state’s former Commissioner for Health, Akin Abayomi, his Information and Strategy counterpart, Gbenga Omotoso, and Sam Egube of the Ministry of Budget and National Planning.
