In compliance with the FG’s directive to all federal universities staff, about 1,177 teaching and non-teaching staffs of the Federal University, Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), have registered with the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS).

Mrs. Ebiere Ejikeme from the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation (OAGF), made this disclosure on Tuesday 7th January 2919, after the completion of the first phase of the exercise.

Ejikeme said that the registration was in conformity with the directive of the federal government.

According to her, a total of 1,177 staff, teaching and non- teaching have been captured.

“A nationwide mop up exercise will continue very soon to accommodate members of staff who were absent as a result of maternity leave,” she informed.

“IPPIS has come to carry all staff along. Therefore, the staffs of the university should not be afraid because salaries and allowances will be paid promptly to enhance staff welfare,” she added.

Ejikeme thanked the university management on behalf of her team for the warm reception and provision of necessary materials needed for the exercise.

The Deputy Director, Corporate Services of FUOYE, Mr Adeyinka Ademuyiwa, expressed gratitude to the officials and the team leader for the good job.
