Nigerian woman wins Mastercard Foundation Scholarship to study at Cambridge

Blossom Egbude, a 24-year-old Nigerian woman, has won a fully-funded Mastercard Foundation Scholarship to pursue a Master of Philosophy in Public Policy at the University of Cambridge.
