The King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) is offering fully funded graduate research scholarships to tackle some of the world’s most pressing scientific and technological challenges, particularly in areas like food, health, water, energy, environment, and the digital domain. The KAUST Scholarship aims to support innovative research and development while equipping students with the skills to contribute to the advancement of science and technology both globally and in Saudi Arabia.

The KAUST Scholarship provides full financial support, including tuition, housing, relocation expenses, and travel assistance. Successful applicants will also receive a generous living stipend, which ranges from $20,000 to $30,000 per year depending on academic qualifications and progress in their degree program. In addition to financial aid, scholarship recipients benefit from comprehensive medical and dental coverage and have access to on-campus housing, making it one of the most attractive fully funded graduate programs worldwide.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for the KAUST Scholarship, applicants must meet certain academic and language criteria. For the Master’s program, candidates should hold a relevant undergraduate degree in fields such as Engineering, Mathematics, or the Physical, Chemical, and Biological Sciences. Ph.D. applicants must have completed either a Master’s or undergraduate degree in a similar discipline. Additionally, all applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English by meeting the minimum language requirements of IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 79.

Interested applicants should follow a straightforward application process that involves submitting an online application via the KAUST admissions portal. Candidates are required to provide academic transcripts, proof of English proficiency, a statement of purpose, and recommendation letters. KAUST’s admissions team will assess applications on a rolling basis, with interviews scheduled for shortlisted candidates.
