Rome Business School Nigeria, a satellite campus of the Rome Business School in Italy, has urged its 2024 graduates to navigate the evolving business landscape with creativity and agility.

The PUNCH reports that more than 1,000 graduates, along with their families and loved ones, gathered at the Balmoral Convention Centre in Ikeja, Lagos, for the 2024 RBSN graduation ceremony on Friday, November 8, 2024.

Highlighting the importance of the programme, the Minister of Youth Development and one of the graduates, Ayodele Olawande, told our correspondent that the one-year Master’s programme was pivotal to his personal development.

Olawande said, “Last month, I became the Minister of Youth Development. This elevation was due to the knowledge gained and the valuable connections made throughout the programme.

“Thanks to this programme, I was able to approach things differently on my own. The people you meet here expect more from you, so you must stay proactive.”

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, the founder and Dean of Rome Business School Worldwide, Antonio Ragusa, encouraged graduates to embrace the responsibility that comes with the knowledge and skills they gained throughout the programme.

Rome Business School to play leading role in sustaining Nigeria’s family business

Ragusa said, “This is not the end of your journey. It’s a new beginning and a call to serve, lead, and inspire.

“This degree is a tool, a key that opens new doors. But your value integrity will keep those doors open and lead you to greatness.

“Today, you stand here as graduates accomplished with the power to influence, impact, and transform the world around you. But remember that we did not forge this achievement in isolation.

“Behind every doctorate and master’s degree, there’s always a story of sleepless nights, moments of doubt, and tremendous dedication.

“You’ve become not only better students but also wiser individuals. As you step beyond these doors, know that you carry more than a degree.”
