Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has celebrated the graduation of over 2,000 skilled professionals from the state five Government Technical Colleges during the Year 2024 Graduation Ceremony.
The event, organized by the Lagos State Technical and Vocational Education Board (LASTVEB), showcased the administration commitment to empowering youth through technical and vocational education.
Taking to his official channels, Governor Sanwo-Olu shared:
“Today, I am proud to announce that over 2,000 students from our five Government Technical Colleges graduated as skilled professionals during the Year 2024 Graduation Ceremony. This event, coordinated by the Lagos State Technical and Vocational Education Board (LASTVEB), underscores our administration’s commitment to education and technology.”
The Governor emphasized the importance of technical education in driving economic growth, stating:
