Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Media and Publicity, has announced an indefinite leave of absence to address pressing medical concerns affecting his immediate family.
In a statement released on Saturday, Ngelale explained that the decision to temporarily step aside from his duties followed extensive consultations with his family as they navigate through a worsening medical situation at home.
In his memo to the Chief of Staff, Ngelale emphasized his deep commitment to the nation, expressing hope for a swift return to public service once his family’s health challenges are resolved. Despite the gravity of the situation, he remains optimistic about the future, pledging to continue serving the country when the time is right.
