Oluwatobiloba Adebayo is a First-class Graduate of Business Administration from the Federal University Oye-Ekiti, Ekiti State.

He is a passionate advocate for inclusive education, with a track record of securing international opportunities such as the World Literacy Foundation Ambassador,  United Nations Millennium Fellow, and Global Youth Ambassador at Theirworld, Hundred.Org Ambassador.  His empathetic nature has led him to become an opportunity scout, sharing opportunities he finds with undergraduates and recent graduates across Nigeria through his social impact club  “Career Development Hub”.

Over 100 members of the Career Development Hub have successfully secured prestigious local and international scholarships, fellowships, and training opportunities, including grants from the Equip Whitefield Foundation and Four laptops from Edustipend. These achievements have brought recognition not only to the individuals and their families but also to their academic institutions, Nigeria, and the global community, contributing to the advancement of Sustainable Development Goal Four, which focuses on quality education.

He envisions an educational system that fosters innovation, leading to the creation of groundbreaking inventions, thriving businesses, and problem-solving applications.He foresees a world where students are equipped with relevant workplace skills that prepare them for the future of work through the acquisition of relevant soft and hard skills that would make them stand out while transitioning outside the four walls of the university.
