Dr. Joel Olaniyan is a seasoned Education and Management Consultant, licensed Leadership Coach, Career Counselor, and Mentor, with close to two decades of involvement in education.

He obtained his first degree in Geography (Education) from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (2009), his Masters degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Liverpool (online school – 2016), and an Honorary Doctorate in Education and Teaching from the International Internship University (IIU), based in India.

Joel started his professional career as a teacher and rose through the ranks of various portfolios such as Departmental Head, Quality Assurance Head, Lead Teacher, Principal, and Head of School from various schools across Nigeria. He has led numerous schools across different states in Nigeria to remarkable growth and has been involved in facilitating several educational programmes and pieces of training with renowned institutions in Nigeria and abroad.

Dr. Joel is currently the Principal Consultant of The Educator Mindset Institute, and Lead Coach of the Leadership School of Administration and Management (L.S.A.M). He has successfully trained and coached close to a hundred school leaders and over a thousand teachers through his leadership academy and consulting services.

Dr. Joel is a Board member of the Nigerian Integrity Personnel and Bilateral Education Technocrat of the All Nigerian Integrity Ambassador Campaigner and Vogue Media, Nigeria. He also serves as a board member and International Speaker at Yes You Can International (YYCI), based in the UK, a Board Member of the Apostolic Faith Secondary Schools (AFSS), Lagos, Nigeria, and a Senior Lecturer at the Optics Teacher Training Institute (OTTI), Liberia. He is the Africa Assistant General Secretary of the International Internship University (IIU), as well as Deputy, IT of IIU, Nigeria.

Dr. Joel has won many awards and recognition for speaking and training locally and internationally. His consulting firm – The Educator Mindset Institute was listed among the top 100 education consulting firms. Dr. Joel is passionate about global education reformation and brings transformation to the education industry through quality professional development and consulting services.
