Nancy Ekpezu is an esteemed education and management consultant and life coach who has been actively involved in the education sector since 1994. With a wealth of experience as a teacher for over ten years before becoming an administrator in four reputable schools across different cities in Nigeria, Nancy led a team of over 120 employees and over 1,000 students in her last job till 2019.

She founded and manages the Educational Administration Network Facebook group, which boasts over 16,000 members from different countries, and shares content on school administration, management, and personal development. Through this group and her books, including “Dear Educator,” “The School Administrator’s Companion,” “Effective Boarding House Administration,” “The Storekeeper’s Companion, and “From Curiosity to Mastery_ My ChatGPT Story,” as well as e-books, Nancy has had a significant impact on school owners, leaders, and administrators in Nigeria and beyond.

As the Lead Consultant and Trainer of Pezu Smith Consulting, Nancy is passionate about seeing organisations in Nigeria and Africa function effectively with proper structure, processes, and procedures. She is well-versed in performance management, professional ethics, policies, procedures, boarding house administration, and customer service.

Nancy has been featured as a Global Educational Influencer by Excelligent Magazine, recognised as one of the 100 Admired People in Education by The Excelligent Group in Asia, and honoured as one of Sheroes Most Inspiring Women by The Excelligent Group. She has also received an award from the International Internship University in India for her contribution to developing education in Africa.

In 2023, she was featured among the 50 Most Inspiring Educators in Nigeria by the LAIT Foundation.
