Oyindamola Egbeyemi

Miss Oyindamola Egbeyemi is an entrepreneur and the Co-Founder of Saskia Consulting. She is also an Executive Director of The Foreshore School, Ikoyi where she manages finance and operations. She has a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, London and is a graduate of the Owner-Manager Programme of Lagos Business School (OMP 31).

Miss Oyindamola Egbeyemi started her professional career in engineering at Chevron Nigeria Limited but had an innate passion for personal and organisational effectiveness. This led to her move to a career in consulting at Accenture, where she worked on the Utilities desk and Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC), where she worked in the Strategy and Operations division with clients in the public sector (Lagos State and Cross River State Governments as a member of the Strategic Team for the Governors of both states), manufacturing and media and advertising sectors.

While at PwC, she was also the onboarding trainer on Personal and Professional Etiquette, as this is an area that she had been trained on from her attendance at Institut Villa Pierrefeu.

Miss Egbeyemi spends a lot of time working in the non-profit sector volunteering and establishing organisations that support personal and professional development, unemployment and poverty alleviation. She became a member of Toastmasters International in December 2011 and has completed the programme in Communication and Leadership, thereby earning her the award of Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM). Through Toastmasters, she has mentored over 100 people on their personal development and has held various positions on the Executive Committee of the Eagle Toastmasters club (including President in 2016). She was also the Area Director of Area 17 and a member of the West African Council in 2020. She was the Chief Judge of the West African Speech Contest, which held in May 2022.

In 2018, Miss Egbeyemi volunteered in the Ready-Set-Work Lagos State initiative under the Lagos State Ministry of Education, where she trained over 200 university students on employability skills and soft skills such emotional intelligence, communication and presentation skills. She still works with the Ministry of Education as a member of the Nomination Committee of the Lagos State Teachers’ Merit Award.
