Victoria Ogunlade-Ajise
Victoria Ogunlade-Ajise is an education consultant who is dedicated to leveraging technology to solve education challenges. With a background in Computer Science, Educational Administration, and Product Management, She has led initiatives that have impacted over 7000 educators and nearly 500,000 students across the EMEA region.
Victoria has worked with global organizations to expand their reach across Africa, and earn international recognitions and awards. Through her learning design and training facilitation experiences, she has helped educators in both rural and urban areas to become professionally relevant and eligible to position for high remuneration opportunities.
Victoria currently works as an Independent Consultant and Master Trainer with UNESCO MGIEP, facilitating trainings on digital pedagogy and Social emotional learning for educators across Africa, Asia and Europe.
As the founder of Sprouting Daisies Limited, an Edtech social enterprise, she is committed to providing educators with professional development opportunities while empowering students to maximize their potential across multiple intelligences.
Outside of work, she’s deeply engaged in community initiatives. She convened a landmark gathering of educators across Africa for World Teachers Day, drawing over 2000 participants from 20+ countries. Additionally, she is a core team member of Equip Leadership, Nigeria – an initiative by John C. Maxwell, driving media strategies for impactful sub-regional conferences and other initiatives by the organization. Victoria is also a volunteer for the global mentorship conference with over 20,000 participants from 45 countries of the world.
As a passionate educator who is highly committed to education and technology, she actively contributes to SDG goals 4 & 8.
