The Carrington Youth Fellowship Initiative (CYFI) is now accepting applications for its 2024 cohort. This esteemed program, designed for early to mid-career professionals in Nigeria.
This aims to foster leadership and project management skills among young Nigerians, enhancing their ability to effect positive societal change.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for the CYFI 2024 fellowship, applicants must be Nigerian citizens aged between 18 and 30 as of the application deadline. They must reside in any of Nigeria’s 36 states, demonstrate proficiency in English, and be new to the Carrington Fellowship program. Furthermore, candidates must commit to participating in the year-long program, which includes both virtual and physical boot camps.
