With a vision to empower prospective students gearing up for this year’s UTME and WAEC 2024 exams, Edugist has organised a series of seminars through its ‘Edugist Students Forum platform’.

This platform, dedicated to amplifying student voices across Nigeria and Africa, hosted seminars to equip students with the necessary tools for success.

The seminars commenced on Wednesday with a session focused on overcoming examination stress and tension, led by Edugist Education Innovation officer, Enigma.

Students were guided on strategies to manage stress effectively, setting a positive tone for the preparation process. The final session, which concluded on Thursday, provided students with insights into Edugist and its mission, emphasising the plethora of opportunities available within the education sector across Nigeria and Africa.

During the seminars, Mr. Elvis Boniface, the CEO of Edugist, underscored the importance of students being well-rounded individuals and encouraged them to explore opportunities beyond the confines of traditional classroom learning.

Elvis urged students to leverage various learning and scholarship opportunities to enrich their academic journey.

Further insights were shared by Mr. Odedele Temilade, known as Shakespeare, who spoke extensively on exam success strategies. He emphasized the significance of focus, preparation, and having a structured study plan to excel in exams.

Shakespeare also highlighted the importance of proper behaviour both inside and outside the examination hall, providing students with valuable techniques to enhance their performance.

The seminars addressed crucial aspects of exam preparation, including maintaining composure in the exam hall, avoiding distractions, thorough reading, and answering all questions diligently. This comprehensive approach aimed to equip students with the necessary skills and mindset to succeed in their upcoming exams.

Overall, the Edugist seminars served as a pivotal platform for education stakeholders to invest in the student community, fostering an environment conducive to learning and exploration beyond traditional academic boundaries.
