eLearning Africa, the foremost continental event focusing on digital education, training, and skill development, is poised to hold its highly anticipated 2024 edition from May 29 to May 31 in Kigali, Rwanda.
Co-hosted by the Ministry of Education, Rwanda, this conference will gather a diverse array of experts, educators, policymakers, business leaders, and innovators from across Africa and beyond, converging to explore the dynamic nexus of education, innovation, and investment.
The theme of this year’s conference, “Education Fuels Innovation, Investment Amplifies Skills: Africa’s Vibrant Leap Forward,” underscores the pivotal role of education in propelling innovation and economic growth across Africa. With an extensive program comprising over 72 sessions and workshops, eLearning Africa 2024 will provide a robust platform for knowledge sharing and collaboration spanning foundational and higher education, vocational training, workplace learning, and lifelong education.
Claudette Irere, Minister of State for Education, emphasized the urgency of adopting blended learning approaches to ensure equitable access to quality education and prepare students for the technological advancements of the 21st century and beyond.
The exhibition component of eLearning Africa 2024 will serve as a central hub for networking, featuring leading international and African education, training, and technology companies and institutions.
Attendees can expect to explore a spectrum of educational innovations, from gamified learning apps and augmented reality devices to cutting-edge learning management systems (LMSs) and online proctoring tools.

The conference will feature two notable plenary sessions focusing on the transformative impact of technology-integrated education.
