Governor Babagana Umara Zulum of Borno State has officially reappointed Bulama Kagu as the executive chairman of the Borno State Universal Basic Education Board (BSUBEB) for a second consecutive term.
This announcement was made by Bukar Tijani, the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), in a statement issued on Saturday from Maiduguri, the state capital.
The statement highlighted that Kagu’s reappointment was a direct result of his “exceptional performance during his first tenure.” It noted that under Kagu’s leadership, significant advancements had been made in the state’s basic education programmes, reflecting a positive trajectory in educational development.
