KFAS-Salzburg Global Leadership Initiative has announced a fully-funded program designed to engage early to mid-career professionals in examining the intersection of technology and societal growth.
The program will gather 30 to 35 Fellows from diverse professional backgrounds to explore themes related to governance, equity, security, and environmental sustainability.

Selected Fellows will benefit from comprehensive support, including covered transportation, meals, and accommodation expenses in Salzburg. This is made possible through the generous support of the Korea Foundation for Advanced Studies (KFAS). Participants will have the unique opportunity to engage deeply with critical global issues alongside peers from around the world, enhancing their professional and personal growth.
Eligibility:
The program is open to early to mid-career professionals aged between 30 and 40 years. Applicants should come from various fields such as academia, business, the public sector, and civil society. Special consideration will be given to individuals based in or focusing their work on regions including Australia, Canada, China, European Union institutions, France, Germany, India, Israel, Japan, Nigeria, Nordic countries, Russia, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Applicants must submit a detailed resume, a personal statement outlining their interest and experience related to the program’s themes, and two letters of recommendation.
