If life gives you lemon, make a lemonade out of it. If it then gives you limes, make a smile out of it. This can be said of the lautech students that won the maiden of edition of Professor Ayodele Awojobi design competition organized by the university of Lagos engineering society (ULES).

The school, Ladoke Akintola University of technology Ogbomoso, has been on strike for over a year, primarily due to non payment of workers’ salaries among other issues. But these students didn’t let their back stay on the ground because of the background (school), they stood up and made themselves and the school proud. Truly, tough times never last, only tough people LAUTECH
