MSEE Consult is dedicated to providing early-years educators with the resources, mentorship, and training they need to excel in their roles. Recognizing the pivotal role that preschool educators play in shaping the future, MSEE is committed to equipping them with the tools necessary for success.

The retreat will feature a distinguished lineup of speakers, including: Mrs. Folashade Adefisayo, Former Commissioner for Education, Lagos State, Mr. Kunle Adewale, CEO, Global Arts in Medicine, Mrs. Lanre Oniyitan, CEO, SEEDs Foundation, Mrs. Oge Ezeokoli, CEO, TEENSED Foundation, Mrs. Patience Osinaike, Early-years & Safety Expert, Mr. Bright Benson, Creative Director, DVS Consult, Anu Akinola, Director of Training, MSEE Consult, and Funmi Ilori, Director of Communication, MSEE Consult.

The retreat will focus on building resilience, enhancing teaching excellence, and fostering personal growth among preschool educators.

Anu Akinola, Director of Training at MSEE Consult, emphasized the importance of this initiative: “If we don’t train early-years educators, we cannot expect them to have the necessary skills to set toddlers on the right path. This retreat is designed to address the challenges within our field and provide mentorship support to relevant stakeholders in our community.”

Funmi Ilori, Director of Communication at MSEE Consult, added, “You can not give what you do not have. To stand out and make a significant impact in our sector, educators must be armed with the right skills and training. MSEE is deeply committed to continuous professional development and capacity building for early-years practitioners, ensuring our toddlers receive the right foundation for their education.”
MSEE Consult’s mission is to develop professional skills and promote high-quality benchmarks for childcare delivery, grounded in the core values of mastery, service, excellence, and ethics.
