Nigerian Breweries Plc has donated a new block of classrooms and an e-learning center to the Federal Government College (FGC) Jos.
This generous gift comes in celebration of the college for producing producing the winner of the 2022 Maltina Teacher of the Year (MToY) Award, Alaku Ayiwulu.
The formal handover of these facilities took place at FGC Jos, reiterating the commitment of the Nigerian Breweries to fostering education and acknowledging exceptional educators.
The Maltina Teacher of the Year Award, organized by the social arm of the Nigerian Breweries, the Felix Ohiwerei Education Trust Fund, aims to identify and reward exemplary secondary school teachers across the nation.
Speaking at the ceremony in Jos, Sade Morgan, Corporate Affairs Director of Nigerian Breweries Plc, emphasized the significance of these contributions in inspiring teachers and advancing the quality of education. She affirmed that such initiatives reflect the company’s dedication to supporting education nationwide.
West Dulphine, the principal of FGC Jos, hailed the inauguration of the new facilities as a transformative moment for the school.
